We follow a structured, three-stage process to ensure every student reaches cruising altitude with confidence.
1. The Pre-Flight Assessment
Before we take off, we conduct a comprehensive "background check" of your child’s reading skills. Using Evidence-Based Reading Instruction (EBRI) diagnostics, we identify specific gaps in phonemic awareness and decoding to build a custom flight plan tailored to their needs.
2. Daily Guided Flight (One-on-One Tutoring)
Consistency is the key to mastery. Your child meets one-on-one with their tutor in our interactive virtual cockpit. These daily sessions focus on explicit, systematic phonics instruction, moving at a pace that ensures your child is the one at the controls.
3. Constant Radar Tracking (Progress Monitoring)
We don't wait for a "crash" to make corrections. We use frequent progress monitoring to track growth in real-time. By constantly analyzing the data, we can adjust our instruction mid-flight, ensuring your child stays on the right trajectory toward literacy.
